We deliver high-quality tech right to your doorstep across Pakistan.

1. Delivery Timelines

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): 2–4 business days.

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery may take slightly longer during public holidays or mega sales events.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: 200 across Pakistan.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Verification

  • We offer Cash on Delivery for your convenience.

  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you may receive a confirmation call or WhatsApp message. Unverified orders will not be processed.

  • Payment: Please have the exact amount ready for the rider at the time of delivery.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking number via SMS or Email. You can use this to monitor your package's journey.

5. Important Instructions

  • Inspection: Do not accept the parcel if the security tape is tampered with or the packaging is badly damaged.

  • Opening the Parcel: In accordance with courier policies in Pakistan, riders are not allowed to let you open the parcel before payment. If there is an issue inside the box, please refer to our Return Policy.
